Dr.A.R.Pavlenko

Dr. A.R.Pavlenko has completed his Ph.D. from Sevastopol Polytechnical Institute. He is the Director of “Spinor International”, Head of the Laboratory of the Electron Devices chair at Kiev Polytechnical Institute. He has published more than 50 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as a Member of the Editorial Boards of a scientific periodical: Ukrainian Journal Physical vacuum and Nature.He has been investigating phenomena related to torsion fields for more than 20 years. He has patents of Ukraine, America, France.
